CWIN's Six Pillars of Privacy Protection

The core principles that shape how CWIN handles the personal data of every Malaysian member

Bank-Grade Encryption
All personal data, transaction records and login information of CWIN members are protected using 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security technology used by Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. This means your data cannot be intercepted or read during transmission between your device and our servers.
Malaysia PDPA 2010 Compliance
CWIN operates in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Every process involving data collection, use and storage is carried out in accordance with the seven PDPA principles set by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). This compliance is not optional — it is a legal obligation we take seriously.
No Sale of Data to Third Parties
CWIN has never and will never sell, rent, or disclose members' personal information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes without explicit consent. Your data belongs to you – we only use it for the purposes you have consented to and that are clearly stated in this Privacy Policy.
Full Control in Your Hands
CWIN members have the full right to access their personal data, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw marketing consent and, in certain circumstances, request deletion of their data from our systems. All such requests can be submitted via email or Live Chat and will be processed within 14 business days.
Secure Data Storage
CWIN member data is stored on servers housed in certified data centres with strict physical and digital access controls. Access to members' personal data within CWIN's internal systems is restricted to staff who genuinely require it to perform their duties – the principle of "least privilege" is fully enforced.
Unconditional Transparency
CWIN believes members deserve to know exactly what data we collect and how it is used. This Privacy Policy is written in plain, easy-to-understand language — not filled with confusing legal jargon. Should there be any changes to this policy, we will notify you via email and in-platform notification at least 7 days in advance.
